The hotel had very small and dated rooms, but they were clean and comfortable. The service was terrific and helpful, although the crowded bar affected the experience. The location was convenient for our purposes but did not offer much to do locally. The dining experience varied, with a wide choice of food but also some disappointments. Overall, the hotel provides value for money with friendly staff.

The service is exceptionally helpful and friendly, anticipating and fulfilling guests' needs. The location is convenient, being close to both the exhibition grounds and the tram stop. The dining experience is a bit below expectations with lukewarm coffee and stale pastries. The facilities are well-maintained and contribute to a pleasant stay.
